Growth Program
- Remains unchanged from 2019
- 2020 target based on prior year total purchase volume
- Payout is 5% of all purchases above target
New Business Program
- Qualifying New Accounts
- New Seco business (sales history follows)
- New end user – not previously reported on COGS reports
- Existing end user – zero sales in past 24 months
- Vetted with field sales
- Target is $24,000 per account
- Account additions during 1st half of 2020
- Pro-rated target based on addition timeline (2K adjustment per month)
- Payout is 5% of all sales over target
Conversion Program
- Open to any account you select
- Selection by March 1st, 2020
- Min. 3 - max. 5 accounts
- Each account will be tracked separately
- Growth target is 10% over previous year’s sales – min. target at $25K
- Payout is 5% on all sales over growth target for each account
- 10% if target is reached for all accounts
