To maintain Seco’s 4% Market Data discount, your organization must submit monthly cost of goods sold (COGS) data and quarterly inventory data.

Monthly COGS reporting should be submitted to pricing.us@secotools.com by the 10th of each month for the prior month in an Excel format. Please find the attached COGS Reporting Template file as a formatting guide. In addition to maintaining the Market Data discount, the monthly COGS reporting is used to track progress on our Conversion Incentive; if your company is not providing monthly COGS data in a proper format, the target accounts cannot be tracked.

Inventory reporting occurs at the beginning of a new quarter for the prior quarter; because this data is not collected as frequently as the COGS data, we send a reminder notification to the Principal contacts of your organization with a Microsoft Form link to submit the data.
