  • Work, Work, Work: Caroline started working in Customer Service 25 years ago and has worked in Customer Service / Sales Support / Project Coordinator / Supervisor roles her entire career.
  • Hobbies: She enjoys vacationing with her husband and their 2 daughters, baking, gardening, and visiting Michigan Breweries. Her husband and her would like to visit every brewery in Michigan, they’ve made it to about 115 so far!
  • Fun Fact: Caroline is an identical twin.
