We are pleased to announce that Randy Hill and Alexandria Terzo were promoted to the role of Customer Service Leads as of September 1st, 2017. While they have both been key assets to our customer service department for a while, you may not have had a chance to work with them yet. Here is what you need to know to get to know them better.

Alex

Full Name
Her full name is Alexandria Ann Terzo (formerly Reinhardt).

Time at Seco
Alexandria joined our Customer Service Team in October 2016.

Responsibility
Alexandria is currently in charge of the Ohio, Midwest, and Southern regions.

Education
Alexandria graduated from Central Michigan University in 2013 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Apparel Merchandising.

Work, Work, Work…
After graduating college, Alexandria worked at a commercial interior design company.

Hobbies
In her free time, Alexandria likes camping, going on road trips, and spending time with her husband, Anthony and their beautiful Great Dane/English Mastiff dog, Remi.

Fun Fact
Alexandria recently got married on September 2nd, 2017 and escaped Hurricane Irma with her husband on their honeymoon in Punta Cana two days into their trip!

His full name is Randall Cyrus Hill.

Randy joined our customer service team in April 2015.

Randy is currently in charge of the Michigan Automotive and Michigan Geographic regions.

Education
Randy graduated from Central Michigan University in 2014 with a major in Health & Fitness and a minor in Psychology.

Work, Work, Work…
Randy worked at Jimmy Johns all throughout college and yes, he can make a sub freaky fast!

Hobbies
Randy is an avid cyclist. He loves to cycle on his free time especially at Lake St Clair Metropark, not too far from our Troy office. He is a huge sports fan in general and enjoys going to all Detroit events: Tigers, Lions, Red Wings and Pistons games.

“Adrenaline junkie – I have not met a rollercoaster I don’t like. Cedar Point is my favorite place.”

I am “stuck” making my Taco Salad for every potluck we have in customer service as everyone loved it so much the first time!
