Niagara Cutter Brand Integration
As you know, Seco acquired the Niagara Cutter brand in 2010 with the intention of folding it into our larger product portfolio just as we’ve done with other valuable brands we’ve acquired. With the recent brand relaunch and exciting news that our products coming out of the Reynoldsville Production Unit will be sold globally beginning in September 2024, the timing is ideal to complete the process of integrating the Niagara Cutter brand into our larger Seco product portfolio.
In a nutshell, this means that all products previously branded Niagara Cutter will be converted to Seco branding including laser marking on products, packaging, and labeling. We do want to note this is a process and there will be a period of time where products with both brands will be present.
This move marks a pivotal moment for our organization and reinforces our commitment to excellence and strengthening our position as a trusted partner in the industry, both in the US and globally. Some key benefits are:
- Creates a unified and powerful industry presence
- Clarity for customers and stakeholders
- Unified overall business strategy and marketing plans
- Cross-selling opportunities
- Leverages the rich history and reputation of both brands
- Enables us to offer diverse solutions that address industry needs
- Continues the work to position Seco as a trusted partner in the industry and lead the discovery of the future
