Please be aware of a few important operational updates as we enter Q1 2024:

• January 1, 2024 Price Increase: Our new price list is now in effect; please ensure that you have loaded the new price files into your system. An advanced notice was communicated on November 1, 2023, and price files were delivered the week of November 15, 2023. Please reach out to dbd.us@secotools.com to request copies of the price files.
• 2024 Distributor Practices Revisions: We will publish an updated Distributor Practices file in Q1 2024 in order to streamline our program guidelines and policies. This revision will include an update to our return policy, as we align with our global sales organization.
• We have made great progress over Q3 and Q4 2023 in having our updated distributor agreement and code of conduct files signed. Please keep in mind that Seco will not be able to issue payments to your organization if you have not returned the signed agreement and code of conduct.
