It’s Time to Send Your Test Orders Results!

Posted in Programs in May 2020

Now that the first quarter is behind us, some of the test orders you submitted at the beginning of the year have reached the 90 day period given for test results. Please reach out to our customer service department to give us feedback on these test orders and let us know if the tests were successful or not as soon as possible. Keep in mind that any test orders past the 90 day limit, and for which we did not receive any feedback, will be automatically invoiced. Once the order is invoiced, we will credit your test tool budget back.

If a test was not performed, you can either get an extension on the 90 days or return the items you had ordered in case your customer fully changed their mind. If the items are returned to Seco, we will credit your test budget accordingly upon receipt of the unused items.

You can keep track of your test budget numbers (total budget, dollars used and available balance) on your monthly Summary Business Review. We will also send you a full report of all submitted test orders and their status upon request.

For any questions regarding the test tool program, please contact me at david.fisher@secotools.com or Seco Customer Service to verify current program status.
