FedEx Shipping Cutoff Change

Posted in Policy in October 2019

To our valued Distributor Partners:

Effective immediately, the order entry cutoff time for FedEx Ground to ship same day from the Hebron, KY distribution center will be moved to 2:00 PM (EST) from 3:00 PM (EST). This is due to increasing volumes of FedEx orders. All other cutoffs will remain the same at this time.

The adjusted shipping schedule will be reflected in the 2020 Distributor Practices Guidebook. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
