Introducing our 2018 DAC Members
The Seco Distributor Advisory Council (DAC) is intended to provide a forum for Seco Distributors to meet with Seco Management, representing the entire Seco Distributor network. Your DAC members are a good resource to give us input and feedback on our current practices and programs, voice any concerns or issues or present us with new ideas and programs for review.

Metal Removal Tech
lgiordano@metal-removal.com
901-521-4607
Lester started his career in Industrial Supplies in 1994, first as an inside salesman but quickly moved to an outside sales position where he stayed until founding Metal Removal Technologies (MRT) in 2014. Lester’s interest in manufacturing processes led him to strive to become a cutting tool specialist. In 1999, he began focusing exclusively on medical manufacturing. About 90% of MRT sales are currently driven by medical customers, although the company started venturing into the automotive and aerospace industries with noticeable growth due to its highly technical salesforce.
Lester married his wife Janet in 2003 and they have 2 daughters, Avery Elizabeth (8) and Brooke Olivia (6). During his free time, Lester enjoys spending time with his family first and foremost but he also has a passion for hunting and fishing that has taken him around the world, most recently in South Africa.
